Hello there! My name is Kenda Hill. 

After experiencing firsthand how powerful proper nutrition and strength training can be in transforming a woman’s body and confidence - especially in midlife - I knew I wanted to help other women like me.

So at 59, I became a certified personal trainer. I understand the unique challenges women face during perimenopause and menopause. Stubborn weight gain. Muscle loss. Fatigue. Brain fog. The frustration of doing "all the right things" and still not seeing results.

When I committed to structured strength training and dialing in my nutrition, everything changed. My energy improved. My metabolism responded. My body composition shifted. My mindset grew stronger. I didn't want to be skinny. I wanted to be strong; making the rest of my life the best of my life. 

So now, I specialize in helping women over 40 build lean muscle, support metabolic health, improve bone density, and feel powerful again without extreme dieting or unrealistic routines. I believe strength and nutrition are the foundation of longevity, confidence, and vibrant aging.

My approach combines progressive resistance training, practical nutrition strategies, and smart supplementation to support performance and overall wellness.

My mission is simple. Help women lift more, age less, feel more confident and love their bodies again.
