Before training with Colt, I felt like I needed someone who truly cared about my progress and understood my goals. I wanted support, accountability, and guidance from someone who was just as committed to my success as I was. Colt has been exactly that. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone so invested in helping me reach my weight and fitness goals, and that has made all the difference in my journey.

I didn’t know where to start. I was tired of feeling tired and out of shape, and I wanted to live as long as I could for my grandkids. I decided to take my health into my own hands and look for a trainer, and that’s how I found Colt. He has helped me achieve my goals, and I know I will be a lifelong client.

Before training, even simple everyday tasks started to feel harder than they should. Gardening, yard work, and household chores would leave me feeling tired and worn out. Since working with Colt, I’ve gained strength, energy, and confidence. Now, everything I do feels easier, and I can enjoy the things I love without feeling limited.
