Hey there! My name is Camden. In my free time I enjoy lifting weights and hanging out with friends and family. I was born in Laurel, Montana. I started my fitness journey playing basketball; from a young age all the way through high school. I have always enjoyed lifting weights, but I was not able to give it the needed focus while in basketball. Unfortunately, sudden injuries stopped my pursuit of basketball any further. However, this allowed me to put all of my time into lifting weights and becoming a bodybuilder. I fell in love with the sport and through dedication of bodybuilding, reaching 270 lbs at 10% body fat, at my biggest.
Bodybuilding and fitness changed my life for the better. Bodybuilding has taught me dedication, discipline, and hard work does pay off. I live by the idea of waking up everyday with the only goal of becoming better than I was yesterday and the positive mindset that comes with the process. I was extremely fascinated with how lifting, building muscle, and losing fat works. In 2020, I received my personal training certification through ISSA to understand safely and effectively how to help others reach their goals.

There is no better feeling than to see myself change physically and mentally into the person I want to become. I want to help others experience this same feeling.
